How do I wash my silicone bags? They are super easy to clean! You can wash them by hand using warm, soapy water and a bottle brush. Alternatively, you can place them right into the top or bottom rack of the dishwasher.

How do I dry them effectively? After washing, turn the bags partially inside out or prop them open over a drying rack, mug, or a dedicated silicone bag drying stand to allow air to circulate.

How do I get rid of stubborn odours or stains? Silicone can occasionally absorb strong food odours (like garlic or onion) or stain with highly pigmented foods (like tomato or turmeric). To reduce them, soak the bag in a mixture of warm water and baking soda for 30 minutes, or rub the inside with half a lemon and let it sit in the sun.

Are the bags microwave and oven safe? Yes! Our silicone bags can withstand temperatures up to 230°C. You can safely use them to reheat food in the microwave or bake in the oven (just make sure to leave the seal open a bit to vent steam).

Can I put them in the freezer? Absolutely. They are freezer-safe down to -40°C making them ideal for freezing meals, batch cooking, and preserving fresh produce without freezer burn.

Can I use them for boiling water or sous-vide? Yes, they are completely safe for boiling water and sous-vide cooking. Drop the sealed bag directly into simmering water for quick reheating or cooking.
