Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping address provided at checkout.

5. Returns, Store Credit & Refunds

Your rights regarding returns, store credit, and refunds are governed by our return/refund policy and New Zealand law:

Change of Mind Returns: We offer a voluntary 7-day change-of-mind policy for store credit only. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Store Credit: Store credit issued for change-of-mind returns is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expires 12 months from the date of issue.
New Zealand Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits, modifies, or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA). If a product is faulty, damaged, or fails to meet a CGA statutory guarantee, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with New Zealand law.
